1. Overview

SSB Studios (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provides audio recording, music production, mixing, mastering, and related creative services. By booking or purchasing services through our website, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Payments

All payments are processed securely via Stripe on behalf of TAGTM LLC, our registered U.S. business entity. Full payment or a deposit is required to confirm a booking.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before a scheduled session may be rescheduled once at no additional cost.

Deposits are non-refundable but can be applied to future bookings.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are only issued in the event of duplicate charges or verified billing errors.

All creative services (recording, mixing, mastering, etc.) are non-refundable once work has begun.

5. Liability & Rights

We are not responsible for loss of data, files, or personal property.

By recording at SSB Studios, you grant us permission to store your session files securely for internal use. You retain all rights to your music and intellectual property.
