1. Overview

SSB Studios ("we," "our," or "us") provides audio recording, music production, mixing, mastering, and related creative services. By booking, purchasing, or otherwise engaging our services through our website or in person, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Payments

All payments are processed securely via Stripe on behalf of TAGTM LLC, our registered U.S. business entity. Full payment or an agreed-upon deposit is required to confirm and secure a booking. Services will not commence until payment obligations are met.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before a scheduled session may be rescheduled once at no additional cost, subject to availability.

Deposits are non-refundable, but may be applied as a credit toward a future booking within a reasonable timeframe determined by SSB Studios.

Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the deposit and/or session fees.

4. Revisions Policy

All services provided by SSB Studios include one (1) complimentary revision. A revision is defined as a reasonable set of changes requested after delivery of the initial version of the work.

Revision Request Window

Revision requests must be submitted within seven (7) calendar days of delivery of the initial version of the work. Requests made after this period may be treated as a new revision cycle and subject to additional fees.

Additional Revisions & Scope Creep

Any revisions beyond the included one (1) free revision will be subject to additional fees, which will be communicated and approved by the client prior to commencement of further work.

Requests that go beyond the original agreed scope of work—including but not limited to significant creative changes, new arrangements, additional versions, alternate edits, added tracks, or re-recordings—are considered scope creep and may be billed as a new service or project.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only in the case of duplicate charges or verified billing errors.

All creative services (including but not limited to recording, mixing, mastering, production, and editing) are non-refundable once work has begun, due to the time, labor, and creative resources involved.

6. Liability & Rights

SSB Studios is not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of personal property brought onto the premises.

While reasonable care is taken to store session files securely, SSB Studios is not liable for data loss due to technical failure, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our control. Clients are encouraged to keep their own backups.

You retain full ownership and intellectual property rights to your music and creative content. By recording at SSB Studios, you grant us permission to store session files securely for internal operational purposes only.
